Please read Sileo Company Kenya Ltd return and cancellation policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you. This return policy forms part of our terms of use.

All products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent in the original package; in the same condition it was received. Damaged or defective products will only be accepted when accompanied by an authorization previously issued by Sileo Company Kenya Ltd.

Defective or damaged products will be exchanged with the same products at no additional cost, as long as our customer service department is informed within 24 hours of delivery. All products will be inspected to determine whether the product is defective.

To obtain a return, exchange or cancellation authorization, please contact our customer service department at +254 020 2015063 or via email at return@sileonaturalsalt.com.The return authorization must be affixed to the package.

N.B.Shipments without a return authorization will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION To cancel an online order placed with Sileo Company Kenya Ltd, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not been shipped yet.

When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

In case your order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note that, if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee).

Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower advertised price on the same product but different brand from any dealer prior to your purchase and it's over Kshs 186 for 500g, we will match that price. Simply email us the details of the competitor's price while the lower price is in effect and you'll receive your price match.

Any taxes and/or shipping fees will be assessed during the pricing match comparison since we offers free shipping and sales tax is applicable on most of our orders. In addition, additional promotional savings such as daily specials and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with a "priced matched" product. Also, government or subsidies are not applicable with our price match.

Satisfaction Guarantee

To prove our confidence in the products we sell, we offer a money back, satisfaction guarantee! As long as you make the request for your product to be returned and your product is in an unopened condition, you qualify for a refund from Sileo. It could be 2 weeks or 2 years from your order date, it doesn't matter!

Our guarantee is what we say it is! This means no hidden small print! If you are unsatisfied with our service or products for any reason whatsoever you will get a refund! The only money you wouldn't receive back would be for shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.

To return an item it must be returned in its original unopened manufacturer packaging. All broken items should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement and or repair.
