OUT OF STOCK POLICY
All items shown as stocked should be available for immediate shipping in the destination provide by customer. Our inventory can fluctuate though, so an item indicating as "stocked" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time. We will also offer the option to cancel the order immediately for a full refund.

N.B. ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF PRODUCT IS RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFFECTIVE, AS LONG AS WE ARE INFORMED OF THE DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. OPENING THE PRODUCT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE. WE WILL NOT REPLACE PRODUCTS AFTER IS OPEN.
